Plaintiff issued this Writ of Summons against Defendant for the following reliefs: 

1. Plaintiff claims against the Defendant a declaration that Plaintiff’s family is the allodial owner of the land hereinafter described in the schedule: All THAT PIECE OR PARCEL OF land situate lying and being at Opah Village  (near Amasaman) Ga West in Greater Accra Region of the Republic of Ghana containing an approximate area of 12.46 acres or 5.04 Hectares  more or less and bounded on the North by lessor’s land (DANCHIRA TAWIAH’S PROPERTY) measuring 357.3 and 346.8 feet more or less on the  East by proposed road measuring 174.4 and 536.0 feet more or less on  the South by lessor’s land (NII ALLOTEY’S PROPERTY) measuring 62.6,  267.4, 294.2 and 364.5 feet more or less on the West by lessor’s land (OBODAI LARYEA’S PROPERTY) measuring 609.8 feet more or less. 

2. Perpetual Injunction restraining Defendant, its agents, servants and assigns from interfering with the land.
