FATIMA OMORO AKINBAMI, JCA (DELIVERING THE LEADING JUDGMENT): This appeal is against the judgment of the Federal High Court sitting in Yola, delivered on the 11th December, 2020 by Hon. Justice M. Z. Anka wherein the claim of the Appellant was dismissed with cost. Dissatisfied with the decision, the Appellant filed a Notice of Appeal on the 14th of January 2021 setting out seven (7) grounds of Appeal. The reliefs sought by the Appellant are:
