JUDGMENT 

Per their Writ of Summons dated 26th day of November, 2016, the Plaintiffs claim the following  reliefs against the Defendants. 

A. A declaration that Plaintiffs are the bonafide owners of 2nd Defendant’s house at Dansoman  Exhibition near H/No. A 23718, Asafoatse Otum Street or 2nd Defendant’s house near  H/No. A 232/7 Obossu Ablan Street at Dansoman; 

B. Recovery of possession of 2nd Defendant’s house at Dansoman Exhibition or old  Dansoman; 

C. Any order or other orders the court may deem reasonable. 

D. Punitive Cost.

On the service of the Writ of Summons and the attached Statement of Claim on the Defendants they failed to enter an appearance or filed a defence to Plaintiffs claim for which reason the  Plaintiffs applied for judgment in default of appearance, which application was granted by the  court on the 14th day of February, 2017 and the matter adjourned to 1st March 2017 for Plaintiffs  to prove their title.
