In paragraph 12 of its statement of claim whereof the plaintiff claims against the defendant as follows:

(a) Recovery of possession of the 4 bedroom Semidetached duplex situate and located at House No. 4, 21 Road, Gwarinpa II Estate, Abuja FCT. 

(b) The sum of N2, 300,000 (Two Million three Hundred Thousand Naira) only being the outstanding rent for the 4 bedroom Semi – detached duplex for 2012 – 2013. 

(c) Mesne profit until judgment is entered. 

(d) The cost of this action.

In order to proof its case the plaintiff called 2 witnesses and tendered 9 documents in evidence. The defendant did not call any witness.
