JUDGMENT
[1] The Plaintiffs commenced the instant action against the Defendant on 28th August 2023 for the following reliefs:
a) An order to evict the Defendant from the portion of the land on which house number B326/3 is situated.
b) Recovery of mesne profits from the Defendant for its occupation of the land on which house number B326/3 is situated, from 15th September 2022 assessed at the rate of Eighteen Thousand Ghana cedis (GHS18,000.00) a month to the date it vacates the Land.
c) Interest on the mesne profit amount due from 15th September 2022 to the date of final payment.
d) Cost including legal fees.
[2] The Plaintiffs are the Administrators of the estate of their late mother, Mrs. Janet Allotey who was of House Number B326/3, 34 Nmenmete Road (also known as Freedom Street) in Laterbiokoshie, Accra.
