JUDGMENT OF THE COURT

This is the Judgment of the Court in respect of an appeal from the decision of the High Court (Ngugi, Korir and Majanja JJ) given on 12^th July 2013 dismissing the appellants, petition for orders that IEBC, the 1^st respondent, should include the appellants names in the final list for nomination to various County Assemblies. Specifically:

The first appellant seeks an order to be included in the final list  of nominees to the Laikipia County Assembly representing Gender Top Up in place of Jennifer Koinanate Kitarpei.

The second appellant seeks an order to be included in the final list of nominees to the Busia County Assembly representing Gender Top Up in place of Mary Beatrice Okedi.

The third appellant seeks an order to be included in the final list of nominees to the Kisii County Assembly representing Persons with Disability in place of Richard Mokaya Bosire.
