RULING

The plaintiff/applicant hereinafter called the applicant filed the instant application for injunction on 21-11-16. The applicant per the contents of her application is praying the Court to restrain the defendants, their workmen agents, assigns etc from carrying out any work on the property developed by the plaintiff standing on the land granted by the first defendant to the plaintiff pending the final determination of the case.

The application is supported by affidavit which has been deposed to by the applicant.
