(DELIVERING LEADING JUDGMENT): This appeal is an offshoot of the final Judgment of the NATIONAL AND STATE HOUSES OF ASSEMBLY ELECTION PETITION TRIBUNAL, HOLDEN AT LAFIA, NASARAWA STATE. Coram Hon.
