JUDGMENT 

Plaintiff’s case 

Per the plaintiff’s writ of summons, the plaintiff claimed the following reliefs against the defendants: 

i. Declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land in extent of 0.154 hectares (0.372 acres) more or less situate in Kwabenya in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana, described in the Land Register and registered with certificate number GA 21514, Volume 6 Folio 297 and more particularly delineated in Survey Plan No. Z10872. 

ii. Declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land in extent of 0.077 hectares (0.130 acres) more or less situate in Kwabenya in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana, described in the Land Register and registered with certificate number GA 21479, Volume 6 Folio 295 and more particularly delineated in Survey Plan No. Z10864. 

iii. Recovery of possession of the parcels of land referred to in claims (i) and  (ii) above.
