JUDGMENT
The plaintiff commenced this action by a writ issued out of the registry of this Court on 23rd February 2009 for the following reliefs:
a. “Declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land measuring approximately 0.52 acre situate at East Legon Accra in the Greater Accra Region of the Republic of Ghana known as Plot No. 34 East Legon Ambassadorial Enclave Residential Area, bounded on the North by Plot No 40A, on the East by an open space, on the West by the said marked Road, on the South by Plot No. 35 which parcel of land is more particularly delineated on Plan No LD9414B at the Lands Commission
b. Recovery of possession of the above parcel of land from the defendants to the plaintiff
c. Damages for trespass
d. Cost”
