JUDGMENT

1. BRIEF FACTS

The plaintiff is a lawyer by profession and the defendant is a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Ghana and it is engaged in the business of brokerage, investments and related services.

On the 21st of March, 2018, the plaintiff was interviewed for the position of Legal Officer by the defendant. After the interview she had an arranged meeting with the Managing Director of the defendant company on or about the 9th of May, 2018. After the said meeting the defendant, through its Human Resources Manager, informed the plaintiff through an email of her success at the interview. The said email which was dated 16th May, 2018, also contained information about the defendant’s employment package. The defendant requested the plaintiff to consider the package and revert to it in order that her appointment letter will be prepared.
