Eche Investment Co. Nig. Ltd against Okwuchukwu Nduka, delivered on the 19th of February, 2010 by the Hon. Justice G.B. Briki-Okolosi J. In the said judgment, located at pages 221-234 of the records, Judgment was entered for the appellant in the following terms:-
