AYOBODE OLUJIMI LOKULO-SODIPE, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Ruling): The motion dated 19/6/2020 and filed in Court on 26/6/2020 was brought by the Applicants pursuant to Order 6 Rule 9 and Order 15 Rule 2 of the Court of Appeal Rules, 2016 as well as under the inherent jurisdiction of the Court.
