GALINJE JCA (Delivering the Lead Ruling): This application is brought pursuant to Order 3, rule 3 (1) (2) and 4(1) of the Court of Appeal Rules, 2002, section 25 of this Court of Appeal Act, 2004 and the inherent jurisdiction of the court. The applicant herein is seeking for the following reliefs:-
