R. D. MUHAMMAD, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Ruling):The applicant herein filed two applications before this court asking for various orders. The first application dated 2nd April, 2001 is praying for the following orders:
"1. An unconditional order staying the execution of the judgment of the Kano Division of the Failed Banks Tribunal in suit No. FTB/KNZ/CV/242/98 delivered on the 24th of April, 1998 pending the determination of the appeal by this Honourable Court against the ruling of the Federal High Court Kaduna Per Hon. Justice Adeniji refusing to set aside the afore described judgment and proceedings related thereto delivered on the 7th March, 2000.
2.An injunction pending the determination of this appeal restraining the judgment creditor acting by her servants, agents and or solicitors from levying execution or further execution on the appellant/applicant's movable or immovable property."
