OBIETONBARA OWUPELE DANIEL-KALIO, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): The Appellant, the All Progressive Congress filed an application seeking the enforcement of its Fundamental Rights against the Respondents the Inspector General of Police and the State Security Service.
