OMAGE, JCA (Delivering the Lead Judgment): The facts culminating A into this appeal commenced in the compound of Atambala, in Abeokuta before it proceeded to the High Court sitting in Abeokuta, Ogun State. It commenced like this. Atambala was the ancestor of the plaintiff and the defendant Atambala had six sons named in the reported order of seniority as follows; (1) Sobayo (2) Sokanbi (3) Lawani (4) Romini (5) Akintola (6) Lasoju. The printed record show that the conflict in court was between the descendants of Sokanbi and Lasoju. The record shows that Sokanbi begat Oyekan, Oluseye and others. Oyekan had the children named Babalola Madini, Ajibabi Sotayo Aro and Adeloye. Madam Ajibabi Sotayo Aro was the mother of the 1st defendant, Adeboye begat Yekini Adeboye the 2nd defendant.
