JUDGMENT
The Plaintiff commenced this action on 4th March 2015 against the first Defendant. Subsequently, the second Defendant was joined to the suit and he entered an appearance on 3rd July 2015 per his lawyer, Theophilus Donkor Esq. On the 23rd of November 2016, the Defendants changed their solicitor and engaged their present counsel in place of the old one. In the amended Statement of Claim filed on 15th June 2017, the Plaintiff endorsed the following reliefs on his Writ of Summons:
1. Declaration of Title to all that 233.19 acres of land situate at Ahwaim Dorse and properly described in paragraph 4 of the Statement of Claim.
2. Recovery of possession of the said land from the Defendant and his lessees, assigns and those claiming through him.
3. Perpetual Injunction to restrain the Defendants, their successors, agents, assigns and all those claiming through them from interfering with the Plaintiff’s quiet enjoyment of the property.
