JUDGMENT 

Plaintiff/Judgment Creditor /Respondent obtained judgment in Suit No. 225/13  on 25th November 2016 as follows: “From all the evidence before this court I find  and hold that Plaintiff has proved their claim on the balance of probabilities and  I therefore enter judgment in favour of Plaintiff for all the reliefs endorsed on the  Writ of Summons. I make an order for declaration of title to the land in dispute,  plot No S7 measuring 0.14 acre situate at Musuli near night Market in favour of  Plaintiff. I grant an order of perpetual injunction restraining Defendant by himself, his agents, assigns, representatives, licencees or whosoever is on the  land from interfering with Plaintiff’s land in whatsoever way howsoever described. It is further ordered that Plaintiff/Judgment Creditor/Respondent recover the land in dispute from any persons however so described on the  land.”
