JUDGMENT

WOOD, J.

The husband Petitioner seeks the dissolution of the marriage celebrated between himself and the  Respondent on 18th December 2010.  

He prays per the following reliefs: 

i. That the said marriage be dissolved 

ii. That the Petitioner prays for this Honourable Court to order for reasonable access to  the issue of the marriage. 

The Respondent on the other hand prays for the following reliefs: 

a. That the marriage celebrated between the Petitioner and the Respondent be dissolved.

b. That the Respondent be granted custody of the issue of the marriage with reasonable  access to the petitioner. 

c. That the Petitioner be responsible for the educational, medical and accommodation needs  of the issue of their marriage.

d. That the Petitioner be responsible for at least 70% of the maintenance of the issue of the  marriage. 

e. Particulars of maintenance for child per month 

i. One pack of diapers (Kirkland size 6) GH¢170.00 

ii. Baby wipes GH¢100.00
