CONSENT JUDGMENT 

TERMS OF SETTLEMENT  

This suit having been commenced against the Defendants herein and parties having agreed to go into  negotiations to settle the matter out of Court. 

Pursuant to their decision to settle the matter amicably, parties have upon negotiations held between  them, arrived at the following settlement terms: 

1. Plaintiff herein affirms the status quo ante the issuing of writ against Defendants herein, his  continued attornment to Defendants as his landlord and grantor of the parcel of land described  in detail in paragraph 2 of the statement of claim filed on the 14th day of November, 2017. 

2. Plaintiff accepts the determination of the ground rent (inclusive of amendment of records fees)  owed the Defendant to cover the period 2012 to 2018 and amounting Seven Thousand, Five  Hundred and Eighty-Eight Ghana Cedis (GH¢7,588.00), as a fair and just outcome of the  negotiations held between the parties in the matter.
