(Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an appeal against the Ruling of the Federal High Court, Lagos Judicial Division: Coram Muhammed Nasir Yunusa J., in Suit No. FHC/L/CS/1060/2013: Aviation Logistic and Management Limited v. United Bank for Africa Capital Plc and Ors., delivered on 13/2/20014, in which the Court below declined jurisdiction and struck out the Appellant's suit.
The Appellant was peeved with the said ruling and had with the leave of this Court obtained on 25/6/2015 appealed against it to this Court vide a notice of appeal filed on 2/7/2015 on one ground at pages 392-395 of the record of appeal.
