​The appellant’s brief of argument was filed on 26/01/2023, settled by O. B. Afubesor Esq. Learned counsel identified a lone issue for the determination of the appeal, which is whether the trial Court was wrong in assuming jurisdiction over the originating summons and in granting the reliefs therein. The issue was derived from grounds 1-9 in the notice of appeal.
