ABBA BELLO MOHAMMED, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This appeal is against the judgment of the National and State Houses of Assembly Election Tribunal, Imo State sitting at Mararaba, Nasarawa State; coram: Hon. Justice Y. Halilu, Hon. Kadi M. G. Abubakar and Hon. Justice A. O. Familoni (the Tribunal). In the said judgment delivered on 26th October, 2023, the Tribunal had granted the reliefs of the 1st and 2nd Respondents against the 1st and 2nd Appellants. The judgment is at pages 377 - 483 of the Record of Appeal.
Dissatisfied with the judgment, the Appellants approached this Court vide Notice of Appeal filed on the 14th of November, 2023 containing 16 grounds of appeal. The Notice of Appeal is at pages 484 - 498 of the Record of Appeal.
