JUDGMENT
INTRODUCTION
This matter comes before the court upon a writ of summons and accompanying statement of claim issued by the plaintiff against the defendant on 31st October 2023, invoking the court's jurisdiction to enforce contractual rights and recover sums alleged to have been expended as a result of the defendant's breach.
In particular, the plaintiff claims the following reliefs:
“1. €46,718.60 being the cost of Reprofiling with Repair Mortar (Material) and Supply and Application of CFRP (Material).
2. €3,256.92 being the cost of MC-Carbonfiber Lamella.
3. Ghc1,004,299.92 being the total cost of special damages suffered by the Plaintiff as set out in Paragraph 19 above, as items iii-xi.
4. Interest on the above stated sums from the 17th of July, 2023 till date of final payment.
5. General Damages against the Defendants for breach of sale and supply contract.
6. Costs.
7. Any further or Other Reliefs.”
