MUHAMMAD, JCA (Delivering the Lead Judgment): Paragraph 19 of the plaintiff’s statement of claim makes the following claim against the defendant:- “19. Whereof the plaintiff claims as follows:-
Declaration that the plaintiff suing for and on behalf of Jamatu Nuru Islam is bonafide purchaser for value and rightful owner of the said piece of land situate and lying A at No. 243 Nassarawa Gwom, Jos.
Perpectual (sic) injunction against the defendant, his agents, servants, privies and any other person or persons deriving authority from the defendant from further trespassing on the said piece of land situate and lying at No. 243 Nassarawa Gwom, Jos.
Any other relief that this honourable court may deem fit to make in the interest of justice.”
