ABBA BELLO MOHAMMED, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This appeal is against the judgment of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Apo Division, Abuja (the trial Court), delivered on the 8th day of December, 2021, by Hon. Justice M. Babashani. Dissatisfied with the said judgment, the Appellant filed a notice of Appeal on the 9th day of December, 2021.
