An order grantingleave for consolidation ofthe 2(two) appeals in respect of the suit No. KWS/66/98, at the Ilorin High Court, between the parties, wherein the appellant in appeal case No. CA/IL80/2006, filed an interlocutory appeal against the ruling delivered on 31 October 2005 by Honourable Justice S. D. Kawu in his notice of appeal dated 11 November 2005; as well as notice of appeal dated and filed on 27 April 2006, against the final judgment delivered on 25April 2006. 2. An order consolidating the aforesaid two appeals to be heard together. 3. An order granting leave to the parties of the consolidated appeals in respect of the same case No. KWS/66/98, between the same parties; for each party to settle and file a single brief of argument. 4.
