JUDGMENT

The judgment will seek to unpack the circumstances surrounding the claim of interest by the Claimant in a property situate at Adjiringanor in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana, which was attached by the Plaintiff/Judgment Creditor/Execution Creditor (hereafter to be called “Judgment Creditor’) in the execution of a judgment entered against the Defendant/Judgment Debtor.

Background 

The background to this case is that the Court differently constituted on 25th April, 2025 entered judgment in favour of the Judgment Creditor against Defendants/Judgment Debtors. Subsequently they commenced execution and attached a property presumably belonging to the 2nd Defendant/Judgment Debtor known as House No. 2, Oak Avenue, Adjiringanor.
