CONSENT JUDGMENT  

1. By a Writ of Summons filed on the 8th of November 2016, the Plaintiff claimed against  the Defendant the following reliefs: 

a. The recovery of the sum of One Hundred and Forty Thousand, Five Hundred and Ninety Two Ghana Cedis and Eighty Pesewas (GH¢140.592.80) being the balance outstanding on the facilities granted to the Defendant by the Plaintiff. 

b. Interest on the above sum of money at the rate of 32% from 27th September,  2016 till the date of final payment. 

c. Cost inclusive of Lawyer’s fees assessed at 10% of the claim. 

2. The Defendant was served with the Writ of Summons and entered appearance and filed  his Statement of Defence on 29th November, 2016. 

3. It is now expressly stated and agreed upon as follows that:

a. The Defendant shall pay the sum of One Hundred and Fifty Thousand, Ghana  Cedis (GH¢150,000.00) in full and final settlement of the debt in the following  manner:
