BATURE ISAH GAFAI, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Ruling): By their Motion on Notice filed on the 9th of May, 2022, brought pursuant to the provisions of Section 6(6)(a) of the Constitution FRN 1999 as amended and Order 6 Rule 1 of the Court of Appeal Rules 2021, the Applicants namely Mr. Adeyinka Barewa and (2) Chief Innocent Ike seek to be joined as Co-Respondents in this Appeal.
