KINGDON, C.J., NIGERIA, PETRIDES, C.J., GOLD COAST, GRAHAM PAUL, C.J., SIERRA LEONE. This appeal is brought under section 3 (2) of the West African Court of Appeal Ordinance (Cap. 5). We are of opinion that section 3 (2) relates only to Matrimonial matters and this is not a Matrimonial matter. The appeal therefore does not lie, and is struck out with costs assessed at £18 0s 6d.
