Abubakar on September 28th, 2007, wherein all the reliefs of the Respondent (the Plaintiff at the Court below) were granted as the Court found that the Respondent proved his case.

As garnered from the printed record before this Court, the brief gist regarding this appeal is that the Appellant (the Defendant at the Court below) claims that the Court was wrong to have granted the Respondent's reliefs when the land in dispute which he referred to as Dagba Land, belongs to him. It is his story that he inherited it from his father, a portion of which had been let on loan sometime in 2001 to the Respondent, who on his part referred to the land in dispute as Bokuchi Land.
