JUDGEMENT
By an amended Writ of Summons dated 1st December, 2014, the Plaintiff claims against the Defendant the following reliefs:
a. A declaration that the Defendant’s termination of the employment of the Plaintiff with the Defendant on 8th August, 2014 was unlawful, unfair and without any just cause.
b. An order directed at the Defendant to compensate the Plaintiff in the sum of GH₵192,000.00 being an average of twelve (12) months’ salary to enable the Plaintiff stand on his feet whiles he looks for another job.
c. An order directed at the Defendant to pay the Plaintiff the sum of GH₵220,250.00 being commission on completed deals on twenty-four (24) units either sold or in the very final stages of sale as those deals were brought in by the Plaintiff.
d. An order directed at the Defendant to pay the Plaintiff the sum of GH₵545,306.83 representing only 30% of potential earnings from the foundation that the Plaintiff has laid down for the Defendant with individual and corpor…
