This application dated 30^th April, 2008 is expressed to be made under rule 4 of the Court of Appeal Rules and seeks the order of this Court for extension of time for service of the Notice of Appeal by 39 days covering the period from 15^th March 2008 to 22^nd April 2008. The grounds on which it is based are set out on the face thereof. They are:-
