Justice Abdullahi Mahmud Bayero, JCA] dismissing the Appellant's appeal and upholding the judgment of the trial Federal High Court, col-am Hon. Justice A.M. The Appellant and four other accused persons were investigated by the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission on allegations of conspiracy and being in possession of counterfeit bank notes of N1000 (One Thousand Naira) denomination in different values contrary to the Counterfeit Currency (Special Provisions) Act Cap.
