BAFFOUR, J.
Plaintiff claims the following reliefs endorsed on its writ issued against the defendants the following:
1. An order for the payment of the sum of Ghc31,500.00 by the Defendant jointly and severally being sum due the Plaintiff for the supply of printing to the Defendant
2. Interest from the 1st April, 2013 to date of final payment
In the amended statement of claim Plaintiff claim to be operating a printing press as a sole proprietor under the name Kwahuman printing press. With Defendant as a leading teaching hospital in Ghana it invited him sometime in February, 2013 to submit a sealed bid for the supply of printing items being NHIS Form J, Post Mortem Forms, Operation Record Forms and Costing Sheet.
