JUDGMENT OF THE COURT

This is an appeal lodged by the appellant following the determination of its petition, dated 29^th August, 2013 in which it had sought a plethora of orders as follows:-

“1. That pending the hearing and determination of this petition conservatory orders do issue staying:-

a)Taxation by any court or any judicial officer of all such bills of costs filed by the 1^st respondent against the petitioner arising out of the 1^strespondent’s employment as in-house counsel by the petitioner and scheduled to come up for taxation from 30^th August, 2013

b) The filing in court of any Bills of Costs by the 1^strespondent against the petitioner arising out of or connected in any way whatsoever with the 1^strespondent’s employment as in-house counsel by the petitioner.

2. That conservatory orders in terms of prayer 1 above be issued pending the inter partes hearing and determination of the Notice of Motion filed herewith.
