In this application, the applicant seeks extension of time to lodge and serve the notice and the record of appeal. The applicant's original Civil Appeal No. 188 of 1994 was on 28th November, 1996, struck out by this Court for the reason that the record of that appeal did not contain a certified copy of the decree appealed from.
