SAIDU TANKO HUSAINI, JCA (Delivering the Leading Judgement): This appeal is against the ruling delivered at the Federal High Court Yola on the 18th November, 2015 in which the said Court made absolute, the garnishee order nisi directed on the Appellant.

The 1st and 2nd Respondents had obtained Judgment in the case filed by them in the undefended list against the 3rd and 4th respondent, who are also the Judgment debtors by reason of the Judgment delivered at the Federal High Court, Yola on the 3rd day of November, 2014 in Suit No. FHC/YL/CS/2014.By that Judgment the 3rd and 4th respondents were ordered to pay to the 1st and 2nd respondents a total sum of Five Hundred and Thirty Three Million, one Hundred Thousand, Six Hundred and Seventy Four Naira (₦533,100,674.00) as liquidated money demand.
