M.D. MUHAMMAD, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Ruling): On 24th March, 1998, Dr. Ilochi, SAN, moved this court in terms of the following prayers:-
(i) An order of the honourable court extending the time within which the applicant can seek leave to appeal against the ex-parte orders of the Federal High Court, Enugu, made on 12th November, 1996, and 19th March, 1997.
(ii) An order of the honourable court extending the time within which the applicant can appeal against the ex-parte orders of the Federal High Court, Enugu, made on 12th November, 1996, and 19th March, 1997; and
(iii) An order of the honourable court extending the time within which the applicant can appeal against the ex-parte orders of the Federal High Court, Enugu, made on 12th November, 1996, and 19th March, 1997.
The court granted the orders as prayed.
