CONSENT JUDGMENT
The Plaintiff instituted the instant action on 8th June, 2012, against the Defendants for the following reliefs:
i. A declaration that the shooting into the Plaintiff’s vehicle and injuring her without just cause was a negligent act.
ii. An order directing the Defendants to pay damages for negligently causing harm to the Plaintiff and for the pain and suffering occasioned thereby.
iii. An order directing the Defendants to pay the Plaintiff the expenses and losses referred to in paragraphs 19 and 20 of the Statement of Claim.
iv. An order directing the Defendants to bear the cost of specialized medical care recommended by the Medical Doctor.
v. An order directing the Defendants to bear the cost of repair of Plaintiff’s vehicle which was damaged by the Defendants by their negligent act.
vi. Any other order/s as the Honourable Court may deem fit.
