The Applicants are former employees of the 4 Respondent, while the 1, 2 and 3 Respondents, who are foreign nationals, are the Managing Director of the 4 Respondent, Group Chief Operating Officer and Group Chief Finance Officer of the Vlisco Group respectively.

3]  The Applicants’ case is that until the 28 of March 2022, 1 Applicant was the Business Development Director; 2 Applicant was the Manager, Planning and Organization; 3 Applicant was the Innovations Manager; 4 Applicant was the Purchasing Manager; 5 Applicant was the Human Resource Business Partner, 6 Applicant was the Human Resource Director, while the 7 Applicant was the Plant Manager of the 4 Respondent, Tex Styles Ghana Ltd.
