JUDGMENT
The reliefs the Plaintiff seeks are:
(a) A declaration of title to a piece of land “situate and being at FRAFRAHA in Accra and bounded on the North East by FRAFRAHA land measuring 200 feet more or less on the North West by FRAFRAHA CHIEFS land measuring 200 feet more or less and covering an approximate area of 0.46 acre …”

(d) Perpetual injunction restraining the Defendant by himself, his agents, servants, workmen, privies or by whomsoever claiming through or under the Defendant from interfering in anyway whatsoever with Plaintiff’s land.
(e) An order directed against the Defendant to remove all structures and materials he had constructed or sent onto the land at his own cost. Or in the alternate for Plaintiff to remove the structures and surcharge Defendant with the cost of demolition or removal.
