Anyadike wherein judgment was delivered against the Appellant and some other Defendants at the trial Court.

Aggrieved by the decision of the lower Court, the Appellant filed the Notice of Appeal on 3rd of January 2023. The Record of Appeal was compiled and transmitted to this Court on 11th January 2023.
