RHODES-VIVOUR JCA (Delivering the Lead Judgment): By a motion on notice filed on the 23rd of September, 1998, brought pursuant to Order 3, rule 3(1); Order 5, rules 3 and 4 of the Court of Appeal Rules, and section 6(3), (6)(a) of the 1979 Constitution, the applicants seek orders from this court: “(a) Correctingthe accidental slipor omission in its ruling delivered on 16/7/98 inappeal No: CA/A/41/M/97 respectingthe parties hereto, wherein the court granted the applicants’ entire application but omittedto include relief (b)on the motion paper in the orders made in the lead judgment, to wit. ‘(b) For an order directing the respondents not to interfere with the applicants’ possession of the demised premises pending the determination of the motion for stay of the judgment of the lower court by the Court of Appeal,
Abuja by including the said prayer among the orders made by the court in the said ruling.’
