The Claimant filed this suit via a general writ of complaint accompanied by all relevant processes and front-loaded documents on 13 October 2021 wherein he seeks the following reliefs against the Defendant:
i. An Order of this Honourable Court rescinding the afterthought, purported, unfounded and malice/laced “Dismissal Letter” served on the Claimant by the Defendant.
ii. An Order of this Honourable Court directing the Defendant to offer a letter of apology to the Claimant.
iii. ₦1,123,519.63 (One Million, One Hundred and Twenty-Three Thousand Five Hundred and Nineteen Naira, Sixty-Three Kobo Only) as the difference in salary due the Claimant as Acting head, program and Supply Chain Department from 20th October 2020 to 30th April 2021.
iv. ₦406,636.36 (Four Hundred and Six Thousand, Six Hundred and Thirty-Six Naira, Thirty-Six Kobo Only) as gratuity due to the Claimant.
