Ezeoke J; G.A. Summonu, J; and E. A. Alade, J wherein the Petition of the appellants was dismissed. The Appellants were the petitioners at the tribunal. The 1st and 2nd Respondents were still the 1st and 2nd Respondents and the 3rd Respondent remains the 3rd Respondent both at the tribunal and before the appellate court.
