The Plaintiff a non-banking financial institution claims against the Defendants jointly and severally an outstanding amount of One Hundred and Twenty Seven Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety-Seven Ghana Cedis and Forty-Six Pesewas (GH¢127,897.46) as at 30th November 2014 from a nine (9) month credit facility of One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Ghana Cedis (GH¢150,000.00) granted to 1st Defendant on 7th February, 2014 at monthly interest of 5.5% plus 2% monthly penal charge upon default, secured with pledged vehicles viz MAN Diesel Truck Registration No. GT 6903-11, Toyota Sienna vehicle Registration No. GT 1960-13, Lexus Saloon car Registration No. GN 1188-3 with additional personal guarantees issued by each of the 2nd, 3rd, 4th Defendants for the facility which remains unpaid by the Defendants to date.
