1. The Plaintiff a non-banking financial institution claims against the Defendants jointly and severally an outstanding amount of One Hundred and Twenty Seven Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety-Seven Ghana Cedis and Forty-Six Pesewas (GH¢127,897.46) as at 30th November 2014 from a nine (9) month credit facility of One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Ghana Cedis (GH¢150,000.00) granted to 1st Defendant on 7th February, 2014 at monthly interest of 5.5% plus 2% monthly penal charge upon default, secured with pledged vehicles viz MAN Diesel Truck Registration No. GT 6903-11, Toyota Sienna vehicle Registration No. GT 1960-13, Lexus Saloon car Registration No. GN 1188-3 with additional personal guarantees issued by each of the 2nd, 3rd, 4th Defendants for the facility which remains unpaid by the Defendants to date.
2. Interest thereon from December 2014 till date of final payment.
