JUDGMENT
The Plaintiff, per his Lawful Attorney on 23rd February, 2023 caused to be issued out of the Registry of the Commercial Court, Accra a Writ of Summons in which he seeks the following reliefs:
(a) An order for the recovery of the sum of USD 61, 000 being the sum due for the payment of the 3-bedroom apartment at Rehoboth Knightsbridge, Kwabenya.
(b) Interest on the above at the going commercial bank rate of lending from August, 2021 to date of final payment.
(c) General damages for breach of contract
(d) Cost of this action
(e) Plaintiff’s legal fees
